You can submit a request/complaint regarding goods or services purchased from the company to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (A. Goštauto` st. 12, 01108 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. +370 5 262 6760, website www.vvtat.lrv.lt (also to the regional branches of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority) – or fill in the request form in the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).
