The new Klaipėda Referral Veterinary Hospital is located in a modern building at the intersection of Liepų Street and Šilutė Highway. The Small Animal Klaipėda Referral Veterinary Hospital "8 drambliai", located at Liepų Street 73, can be reached by car from all parts of Klaipėda within 10 minutes. There is a parking lot nearby.
Klaipėda Referral Veterinary Hospital "8 drambliai" has the most extensive equipment for disease diagnostics in Western Lithuania, a high-resolution computed tomography (CT), 7 animal examination rooms, and a laboratory operating 24 hours a day. There is a multifunctional operating room with a centralized oxygen management system. The veterinary hospital has a comfortable inpatient ward, separating cats and dogs. Up to 60 small four-legged friends can be hospitalized at the same time.
The most powerful 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the Baltic States is specially adapted for Klaipėda Referral Veterinary Hospital "8 drambliai".
Of particular importance is the intensive care unit, with professional patient care and special oxygen therapy wards, where large breed dogs will be treated for the first time in Lithuania. Klaipėda Referral Veterinary Hospital has a separate infectious diseases inpatient ward.
For the first time in Lithuania, this referral veterinary hospital has a place for meeting with a pet undergoing treatment, also known as a "family room". Here, in a cozy environment, the whole family will be able to visit a sick four-legged friend.
